Staff very friendly and helpful.

Phone was out of service. Wireless was out of service. Room was damp.
AC was loud. Shower was mildewed.

Usually you get what you pay for, but in this case I didn't even get a working telephone or working wireless.

Located in a quiet area, was very clean, had kitchenette.

Small room, was romantic but not family friendly,difficulty parking in front of room, limited food in walking distance.

Did not acommodate requests at all.

I called earlier to request a crib for my baby and the girl at the front desk did not speak English and had no idea what I was requesting she had someone call me to fill the request, then I asked for non smoking and they still gave a smokers room.
